Raise $100 for the PTA by vaccinating your child!
The PTA has partnered with New York City to encourage families to get vaccinated. Secure the health of your family and your city while supporting our kids at PS 163!
Where?

The school will receive a $100 referral bonus for each person who receives the first dose of the safe COVID vaccine at a city-run vaccination site, including the American Museum of Natural History.
How?
To ensure that our school gets the $100 referral bonus, please follow these steps when completing the paperwork online (or in-person):

Mark "Yes" indicating that you have been referred by an organization

Select "Friends of PS 163, Inc" as the organization from the dropdown menu (or write into the available space)
Now, not only can you get $100 donated to the PTA by choosing a city-run site for your vaccination, the same locations offer the vaccine recipient a $100 incentive as well!
